Optimization of and Experiment on Simulation Parameters for Rotary Hole Filling Corn Precision Metering Device

چکیده

This study is aimed at the special working conditions of seeding on sloping land, combining advanced precision technology and structure rotary hole filling corn metering device seed rowers home abroad, studying soil entry characteristics, characteristics particles transport pattern in puncture process, order to improve dispersal qualified index reduce coefficient variation process seeding. The simulation test cavity-tying was carried out using MBD–DEM coupling method, it can be seen that rocker bending angle 120° when force largest; this time largest, indicating best effect particle separation fastest movement speed. single-factor determined operating speed rower ranged from 0.8 1.2 m/s, spring preload 5.5 25 N, slope 8° 16°. optimal parameter were with a multi-factor test, proven has better performance higher rowing quality, reaching 96.2%. provide reference for research seeders, enrich form effectively level mechanized
